- PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees are collected every term.
Fees are payable throughout the year, inclusive of The Academy’s holidays and public holidays.
A $20 late fee will be imposed for late payments after the 7th of the fee collection month.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend any student if full payment is not made on time.
Payment can be made via: Nets/Cheque/Bank Transfer.
For cheques, it is to be made payable to Juzmusic Prime Pte Ltd.
All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- HOLIDAYS
There are a total of 46 lessons in a year (Refer to The Academy’s calendar).
There will be no lesson(s) on Public Holidays, and there will be no make-up lessons for such days.
- MAKEUP LESSONS
If a student is absent due to illness, a valid MC is needed for a replacement of make-up class.
For any cancellation of lesson, the student will need to inform the teacher or Reception at least 2 days in advance.
Once a make-up lesson is arranged and confirmed, the lesson cannot be cancelled, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.
Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be replaced. Alternatively, the school may arrange for a relief teacher to take over the lesson.
- WITHDRAWAL OF LESSONS
Students are required to submit a withdrawal form (at the reception) in order to get the deposit back. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
At least one month’s notice before each term is needed, and the cut off date is 5th of the 1st month of each term.
There will be no refund for unused lessons.
The refundable deposit will be ready on the last lesson. Refundable deposits not collected within 6 months from the withdrawal date will be forfeited.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT
In line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, Juzmusic Academy would be seeking your consent to send you SMS, emails and calls. These will be for official notices only. Your signature below will serve as your acknowledgement.
- CLASSES AND TEACHERS
The Academy has the right to transfer, combine or dissolve any class, change any teacher and schedule of any lesson.
- OTHERS
The Academy reserves the right to take photographs during concerts, recitals, classes etc for publicity and promotional purposes.
The Academy will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the students’ belongings in its premises.
The Academy will not be responsible for the students’ safety beyond lesson time.
The Academy reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time to assist with the proper delivery of education.
